To say that 2020 has been a challenge is an understatement. COVID-19 has been unprecedented, unexpected, scary and has thrown a wrench in people’s lives. We’ve found ourselves in a period of health and economic uncertainty. The way we live and work has forever changed. Many have lost their livelihood. This situation has exacerbated and unveiled many social woes that have plagued the world at large. Keeping mentally healthy has become more and more vital as we are all experiencing high level of stress.

Many large corporations offer Employee Assistance Program. Reach out to your benefits department.
